BriskRoster

BriskRoster is a personal travel log that lets you mark the countries and states you have visited, record trips, and watch your map fill in. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

BriskRoster does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no server. Anything you type (a traveller name, trip titles, notes) stays in the app on your phone.

Data stored on your device

To make the app work, BriskRoster stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:

This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to BriskRoster or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.

Permissions

BriskRoster does not ask for any runtime permissions. It does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos. Places are marked by hand, never detected.

Network use

The app works fully offline. It makes no network requests, and your travel log is never uploaded, synced or backed up to a server by the app.

Third-party services

No third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs are built into BriskRoster.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no personal information and sends nothing off the device, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

Your rights

All of your data is on your device and under your control. You can edit or remove any mark or trip inside the app, clear the app's storage from your system settings, or uninstall the app to delete everything permanently. There is nothing held elsewhere for us to hand over or erase.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
